Our aim is to produce food of the highest quality, free of chemicals and full of flavour. We use traditional methods and meet the highest organic and environmental standards.
Our animals are from traditional breeds, some of them rare breeds :
– Red Ruby North Devon cattle, one of the oldest breeds, with fine marbled, flavoursome meat.
– Gloucester Old Spot pigs, a rare breed renowned for the quality of their pork.
– Lleyn sheep from the hilly peninsula in north Wales, producing the tastiest grass-reared lamb.
All of our animals are bred organically, live in traditional flocks or herds with most of their food grown on our farms – grass, clover, rape, turnips and kale. This means that they grow more slowly, producing meat of superior flavour. They benefit from the highest welfare standards.
