Top Meadow Farm Delivery Terms and Conditions

 

We can deliver our produce to customers throughout the whole of Mainland UK. At present we are not offering delivery to Northern Island, the Channel Islands and parts of the Scottish Highlands but if you are from these areas and would like to discuss delivery options please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note there is a minimum order value of £20 (not including delivery) for all orders.

 

Local North Devon Customers

 

We offer a special FREE delivery service to our local customers in the North Devon area. This is carried out by our own staff in a refrigerated van. In order to make our service more efficient and to cut down on our environmental impact we have allocated certain areas to receive deliveries on certain days.  Hence, we will be delivering in the following locations on the these days:

Wed, Thu & Fri: Barnstaple, Yelland, Landkey & Bishops Tawton, including Fremington, Bickington, Pilton, Newport, Sticklepath, Roundswell & Goodleigh.

Wednesdays: Torrington, Atherington, Yarnscombe & Harracott including Sherwood Green, Stevenstone, Atherington, Umberleigh, Harracott, Taddiport & High Bickington.

Thursdays: Bideford, Northam, Instow, Appledore & Buckland Brewer: Including Tapely, Westward Ho!, Abbotsham, Littleham, Landcross & Monkleigh.

Fridays: Braunton Georgeham & Croyde; including Ashford, Heanton Punchardon, Saunton, Knowle, Boode & North Buckland.

When you type your postcode in at the checkout area your options for delivery will appear. If you think your postcode is not offering the right options or days please don’t hesitate to contact us as this can easily be rectified.

When you place an order you will receive email confirmation from Top Meadow Farm. Please check these details and if anything is amiss please get in touch by calling 01271 269135 or email contact@topmeadowfarm.co.uk as soon as possible.

Further to this all customers will have the option to pick up their produce from our Butchers Row shop in Barnstaple or to arrange a courier delivery service for an alternative day in line with all Mainland UK customer delivery terms as set out below.

 

Mainland UK Customers

 

We deliver nationwide Wednesday-Saturday.

Please note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays.

We charge £9.95 for standard tracked delivery to all our mainland customers on Wednesday to Saturday 8am – 6pm.

Our delivery costs are displayed on our website at checkout.

When placing an order you will have the option of choosing an available delivery date. We will endeavour to make sure we deliver on your selected date but as such our delivery dates are estimates and if for whatever reason we are unable to deliver to you on your specified date you shall be notified.

All mainland UK customers also have the option to pick up their produce in our Butchers Row shop in Barnstaple.

We use APC Overnight as our delivery partner. Once we have confirmed your order with APC you will receive an email from them confirming your delivery date and offering you a link to track your parcels progress.

Please note while we endeavour to get your order to you in the stated time frame, Top Meadow Farm cannot be held responsible for our courier’s failure to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In these instances, we will, however, make our best efforts to correct the problem. Please contact us on 01271 269135 or email contact@topmeadowfarm.co.uk to discuss your concerns.

We do not accept liability for an incorrect postcode or incomplete address you have supplied to us which results in our failure to deliver.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we may follow the instructions you have given us of where to leave the goods in the circumstances. If we leave the goods on your doorstep or with a neighbour, and they are stolen or damaged, we do not accept any liability. If you contact our courier partner direct and arrange a ‘redelivery request’ causing the courier to delay the delivery of your goods, we will not accept liability for any changes to the condition of the goods, or any delay to the delivery.

The goods will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the goods to the address you gave us. You own goods once we have received payment in full.
