Our beef comes from Red Ruby Devon cattle which are 100% grass fed. The beef is 28 day matured to ensure an exceptional depth of flavour.
Known as “the butcher’s favourite”, our bavette or flank steaks are cut from the hind quarters of our grass-fed Red Ruby Devon cattle. Fully deserving its title, the bavette combines succulence and flavour. It can be fried, grilled or barbecued and served with mushrooms, fried onions and French fries to make a wonderful meal.
