All our chicken is properly free-range, reared in Devon and farmed to the highest welfare standards. Our traditionally raised birds forage in grassy areas, maturing naturally to give a rich, succulent and flavoursome meat.
Our free-range chicken leg parcels are filled with our own recipe sausagemeat, and wrapped in locally bred West Country back bacon. Each parcel makes for an individual portion which is best seasoned, lightly buttered and roasted for approximately 40 minutes. Served with mash potato and gravy is a sure way to keep everyone happy.
