Cote de Boeuf
Our beef comes from Red Ruby Devon cattle which are 100% grass fed. The beef is 28 day matured to ensure an exceptional depth of flavour.
The cote de boeuf or fore rib of beef is a delicious cut of meat from the forequarter of our Red Ruby Devon cattle. Heavily marbled, this joint of beef on the bone is great for frying, grilling or the barbecue. Heat oil in a heavy pan before adding the well-seasoned beef joint. Turn regularly so that the meat is slowly and evenly cooked. Rest well on a bed of herbs before serving with chips and salad and, of course, a glass of good French wine.
