A crown of lamb is a real show-stopper at a special dinner party or for a large family Sunday lunch or dinner celebration. This really is the royalty of lamb joints! Cut from the ribs of our locally farmed lambs, by our expert master butchers, beautifully trimmed and tied into the shape of a crown, this joint is roasted for a short time so that the meat is still pink. Rested, it can be served with roasted potatoes or French fries and seasonal vegetables or a salad. Mint, rowan or red currant jellies are an excellent accompaniment to this easily carved classic dish.
