Diced venison is a versatile meat, highly nutritious and with a superb flavour. It is best stewed or casseroled with mushrooms, carrots and onions in a rich wine or ale sauce. Wild venison is a tasty and lean meat, low in fat and high in protein, vitamins and iron.
