Our beef comes from Red Ruby Devon cattle which are 100% grass fed. The beef is 28 day matured to ensure an exceptional depth of flavour.
The prime fillet steak is a premium cut, and one of the most expensive. This cut is lean and flavoursome and very tender. Always ensure when you fry or grill a fillet steak that the interior is a rosy pink. Leave steaks to rest before serving with a sauce if desired, chips and a salad. You can also ask our butcher to leave the fillet in a single piece for dishes like Beef Wellington.
