Garlic, Lemon and Rosemary stuffed Leg of Lamb

We have created an extra special, boned and rolled leg of lamb stuffed with garlic, lemon and rosemary to make the ultimate Easter Sunday roast for the family… best thing is it’s really easy to carve!
Our butchers have expertly boned the whole lamb leg joint, added their own recipe home made stuffing and tied it neatly, ready to put in the oven for roasting. We recommend fast roasting, 15-20 minutes per pound, in a hot oven to seal in the wonderful taste. It can also be served with traditional mint sauce or mint, thyme or rosemary jelly, or if you are going all out…with Cumberland Sauce.
