All our Lleyn lamb is organically farmed and 100% grass-fed resulting in a wonderful sweet and flavoursome meat.
Our lamb breasts are expertly cut, boned and rolled by our master butchers from our locally farmed, organic lambs. Lamb breast, slowly roasted, is tender, full of flavour and a real family favourite. Slower roasting breaks down the fat in the joint and brings out its sweetness and taste. Serve with mint jelly or mint sauce and boiled, roasted or sautéed potatoes, kale and other winter vegetables. Easy to carve, our lamb breast makes a good family Sunday lunch or a weekday treat!
