Lamb Neck Fillet



All our Lleyn lamb is organic and 100% grass-fed resulting in a wonderful sweet and flavoursome meat.

The neck fillet is a versatile, excellent value, and very tasty cut of lamb. There are a number of recipes using the neck fillet, mostly involving slow cooking. You can use the neck fillet to make a hearty and wholesome Irish Stew, a tasty Lancashire Hotpot or even a curry. This cut is full of flavour and its juices make a wonderful rich gravy, however you cook it.
