All our Lleyn lamb is organically farmed and 100% grass-fed resulting in a wonderful sweet and flavoursome meat.
Our lamb rump steaks are expertly cut by our master butchers from the hind legs of our locally farmed organic lambs. This is a tremendously versatile meat that can be used in all the traditional lamb recipes from braising to curries and tagines. But we think it is best quickly fried or grilled so that the excellent flavour, tenderness and succulence of this cut can be fully appreciated by family or dinner party guests alike. Served with mint jelly and chips, it is speedily prepared and quite a treat!
