All our Lleyn lamb is organically farmed and 100% grass-fed resulting in a wonderful sweet and flavoursome meat.
Our lamb shank is a tasty and hearty joint cut from the leg of our grass-fed, locally farmed organic lambs. Lamb shanks are best slow-cooked to bring out the flavour and succulence of the meat. Cook until the flesh is almost falling off the bone, allowing one per person for a substantial winter meal. Serve with baked or sautéed potatoes or rice and seasonal vegetables and the rich gravy from the meat.
