Leg of Lamb – Boned and Rolled


All our Lleyn lamb is organically farmed and 100% grass-fed resulting in a wonderful sweet and flavoursome meat.

A boned and rolled leg of lamb makes a great Sunday lunch for the family or an amazing and easy to serve dinner party favourite, and it’s really easy to carve!

Our butchers have expertly boned the whole lamb leg joint and tied it neatly, ready to put in the oven for roasting.  We recommend fast roasting, 15-20 minutes per pound, in a hot oven to seal in the wonderful taste.  Serve with traditional mint sauce or mint, thyme or rosemary jelly, or for that very special occasion, with Cumberland Sauce.
