Meaty Pork Ribs

These unbelievably tasty, meaty pork ribs are definitely for those who want to enjoy their food rather than pick at it delicately! Our pork ribs are from locally farmed pigs and are full of flavour. They are best marinaded in a barbecue sauce or Chinese five spice, soy or black bean sauce and then baked in the oven until the flesh falls off the bone. Alternatively you can barbecue them and then smother them with barbecue, honey or tomato and chilli sauce. Whichever way you cook them, served with French fries and coleslaw or a green salad, they are finger-lickin delicious!
