Our hand-made Merguez Chipolatas are made from a combination of organically farmed, grass-fed lamb and our grass-fed Devon Red Ruby beef. They are a spicy sausage containing a masterful mix of chilli, paprika and cinnamon as well as a number of herbs. Originating from Northern Africa they can be used in the tagines and stews associated with this area. Our personal favourite is to pop them in a Shakshouka and serve it with a crusty loaf for Sunday brunch. They can always be served in a more traditional meal with mash and gravy!
