Pork Belly Slices
Locally bred West Country pork.
Our belly pork slices from our locally farmed pigs are an all year round favourite. With a great mix of lean meat with some fat, they barbecue really well. If you have the time they benefit from being marinaded in a chilli, Chinese or barbecue sauce, but they can be grilled directly without the marinade and then served with fried onions or a sauce. Pork belly slices are also delicious fried or even baked in the oven in a Chinese, spicy or barbecue sauce.
