A classic Sunday lunch or dinner dish.  Our locally farmed pork from specially bred pigs, expertly boned and tied by our butchers has lots of tender meat and just enough fat to produce that special joint full of flavour and easy to carve.  And what is more our butchers have scored the pork so that your roast joint is topped by the most delicious crunchy crackling.  Serve with Bramley apple sauce!
