Pork Loin Chops
Locally bred West Country pork.
The classic pork chop is cut from the back of one of our locally farmed pigs. Loin chops with a special cream or mustard sauce can be a dinner party favourite, or make a special lunch or dinner treat. They are full of flavour with a heart of tender meat surrounded by just the right amount of fat. They may or may not have a bone left in and can be fried, grilled, barbecued or oven baked. A favourite is Vietnamese pork chops with the chops flavoured in a marinade of lemongrass, chilli, fish sauce and garlic, before being baked in the oven and served with rice.
