Pork Loin Steaks

Locally bred West Country pork.
Our pork loin steaks (not to be confused with tenderloin, which is a different cut) are meaty with a thin outer layer of fat to keep them succulent and flavoursome. Cut from our locally farmed pigs, loin steaks are best fried but can also be grilled. Always ensure that they are not over-cooked so that they stay tender and juicy. Serve with fried onions and mash or with a mustard cream sauce or apple sauce.
