Pork Shoulder – Boneless


Locally bred West Country pork.

A classic and highly versatile joint of pork from our locally farmed pigs, expertly boned and tied by our butchers so that it is ready for the oven.  Boneless shoulder can be roasted in the normal way or slow roasted depending on your preference.  Both methods produce excellent crisp crackling that will delight, and tender, flavoursome meat.  Served with apple sauce and sage stuffing, this joint will be a firm family favourite as a Sunday lunch or any time during the week!
