Rib of Beef – On the Bone


Our beef comes from Red Ruby Devon cattle which are 100% grass fed.  The beef is 28 day matured to ensure an exceptional depth of flavour.

Rib on the bone is the classic “Roast Beef of Old England”.  Our delicious rib on the bone is cut from the back of our Red Ruby Devon cattle and is juicy and full of an intense beefy flavour! The meat is usually heavily marbled and, with a layer of fat on top, needs to be cooked a little more slowly than sirloin or topside so that the best beef flavours are brought out.  Baking onions in the oven with the beef adds flavour.  Well-rested after cooking, served with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and horseradish sauce, a roast rib joint of beef on the bone is a great family favourite and will have everyone asking for more!
