Our beef comes from Red Ruby Devon cattle which are 100% grass fed. The beef is 28 day matured to ensure an exceptional depth of flavour.
As a premium roasting joint, our topside is a real favourite for a dinner party or a really special Sunday lunch. The topside is cut from the hind quarter of the animal and is meaty and flavoursome with just enough fat covering to ensure its tenderness and succulence. Roasted in a hot oven and rested, served with Yorkshire pudding, roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables and gravy, with some horseradish on the side, our topside joints will be a favourite with friends and family alike.
