Our venison mince is made from selected cuts of wild venison, sourced from the deepest wilds of Exmoor by our master butchers, and is a versatile and highly nutritious meat.
Wild venison is low in fat and high in protein, vitamins and iron. It is delicious in pasties and pies and can be fried or grilled as patties and served with a creamy mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. One of our favourites is herby, spiced wild venison meatballs served with a rich tomato sauce.
