Our venison sausages are expertly made by our master butchers from wild venison sourced from the deepest wilds of Exmoor.
Using only the finest natural ingredients, our master butchers have prepared venison sausages that are full of flavour and highly nutritious. They can be grilled, fried or casseroled, and are low in fat and high in protein. A favourite dish is a casserole of wild venison sausages with shallots, mushrooms and red wine, served with mashed potatoes and kale.
